gptimg2img is an AI image platform powered by OpenAI's GPT Image 2 (gpt-image-2). It supports text-to-image generation and image-to-image editing. Generated results depend on your input and on the underlying AI model, and may vary in quality and accuracy.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
We want you to be satisfied with the Service. You may request a refund if both of the following apply:
To request a refund, email us at support@gptimg2img.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Purchases that do not meet these conditions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that violates the rights or privacy of others. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you generate, upload, or share.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights. The Service itself, including its software, branding, and content, remains the property of Tekronix Inc.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekronix Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
